WARRANTY

Northwave boots are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship or material for one year from date of purchase when purchased new from an authorized Northwave dealer. Please keep your sales receipt as verification of purchase date.
Drake has a one-year limited warranty on workmanship and materials from the date of original purchase when purchased new from an authorized Drake dealer. Please keep your sales receipt as verification of purchase date.
Drake offers a lifetime warranty on all baseplates and heelcups starting from 06 – 07 winter.

Drake and Northwave will not cover any problem resulting from impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect. This includes rail and rock damage, cracked steel edges, etc.  Cosmetic issues including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust.
Board and bindings damage resulting from improper mounting of bindings, including the use of incorrect mounting hardware.
